CPF-J series three cavate automatic dosing device is a kind of automatic continuous flocculant dosing system, prepararion solution range is 0-5000L/h, concentration is 0.15-0.3%.
Dry powder flocculant enter into instant vessel from screw propeller internal , and premix with cleaning water, moist material enter into preparation tank to make preparation; in preparation process, the inflow water must be relative stable under the flowmeter observe, thus guarantee whole process, preparation solution concentration invariant.
The preparation solution enter into storage tank from configuration tank, when storage tank liquid level high, the preparation process automatic stop,
Chemical dosing process continue, when solution drop to centre liquid level, automatic start dosing process again. Preparation tank and cure tank all equiped with mixer, fully guarantee flocculant dilution and curing. In addition, when storage tank solution not enough, it will touch the below liquid level alarming system, the whole system will stop and alarm, this syste has the characteristic of high automatic degree,stable performance,work reliable,easy operation etc.
